The next three Quarter-Finalists are confirmed with Stephen Bunting, Daryl Gurney and Kyle Anderson all coming through ties with Krzysztof Ratajski, Mervyn King and Cameron Menzies respectively.
'The Bullet' was first through and he defeated Ratajski in an impressive performance. It was a 100 average as the in form St Helens ace has made his first Quarter-Final in around a year on the European Tour.
Gurney joined Bunting with a similarly good performance; with a 99 average and 55% on the doubles as he came through a tie with Mervyn King.
Kyle Anderson then defeated a dangerous opponent in Cameron Menzies with five 180's to his name in a good display where he overturned a deficit of 4-1. He could face Michael van Gerwen later.

- I dont like individuals or crowds trying to put any player off when they are trying to check out, how anyone can think its okay for the crowd to whistle or shout as someone is throwing for a double is beyond me but it does seem to have become part and parcel of the modern game. I no longer play now, darts is as good as dead at a local level round my way but when i did play many years ago, no matter how intense the rivalry you never shouted out or whistled when an opponent from the other team was throwing for a double.Mysstree17-11-2024
