Defending champion Wright holds his nerve to reach semi-final with win over Van Barneveld

Peter Wright, the defending champion of the German Darts Masters still has a massive chance of defending his title and will face Mensur Suljovic or Rob Cross in the semi-finals who are currently contesting the final Quarter-Final.

Wright was 6-2 up but Barney came roaring back showing he had the Eye of the Tiger. When Barney made it into a last leg shootout, it was 'Snakebite' that held his nerve to go through.
It was a 102.6 average with five 180's and a high checkout of 156 as he shows he is returning to some sort of form after a few months of indifferent darts from the former UK Open champion
