As part of a new monthly poll you can decide the 'Player of the Month'. Krzysztof Ratajski, Corey Cadby, Michael Smith and Michael van Gerwen are the four nominees for the honorary title awarded on the basis of performance in February.
Every month, visitors to this website may decide which darter will be awarded this prestigious award. The editors of
Dartsnews.com select four nominees, after which you can select the '
Player of the Month' by means of a poll!
Here are your nominees:
Krzysztof Ratajski
Ratajski has had a great month winning his first
PDC ranking title to qualify for the UK Open as a result. The Polish Eagle despite just missing out on a tour card will be one of the high seeds in Minehead. He will be hoping to have an even better year than last year where he was a star on the Euro Tour and won the World Masters.

Corey Cadby
Cadby similarly had a great month winning his first PDC ranking title. He also reached another final showing he is able to recreate his pre tour card form. Cadby will be hoping to be the king in Minehead next weekend and is also one of the top seeds.

Michael Smith
Smith has had a stellar start to the year. The St Helens ace has won another ranking title defeating Michael van Gerwen en route ending the World Number One’s run. He also is sitting at the top of the Premier League showing why so far he deserved his inclusion.

Michael van Gerwen
Finally Van Gerwen ends the list with no surprise at all. ‘Mighty’ has put his World Championship disappointment behind him winning multiple Pro Tour titles and The Masters. He has only lost this calendar year to Peter Wright and Michael Smith showing the form of the World Number One. [poll id="2"] The election closes on Thursday 1 March at 10AM.
