Rob Cross has stormed through to the World Championship Quarter-Finals on his debut in the tournament. The former electrician who is known as 'Voltage' finished the afternoon session off with that win against
John Henderson who previously took out Daryl Gurney on route to the third round.
He hit a 99.8 average, seven 180's and 57% on the doubles from Cross did the job as 'The Highlander' did not topple another seed but comes away from the tournament in some good form going into 2018 and will be hoping to start the year as well as he ended it.
Like alluded to next for Rob Cross is a tie with Dimitri van den Bergh and with two of the most in form players on the
PDC circuit clashing it could be yet another brilliant game to decide who gets into the semi-finals.
