Robinson after winning Tour Card on Day Three at PDC UK Q-School: ‘I’m absolutely ecstatic’

Reece Robinson will make his return to the PDC Tour for the first time in six years after seeing off Glen Durrant in a shock victory to win a Tour Card on Day Three at PDC UK Q-School.
Robinson spoke after and said that he still believes he is good enough to beat anyone and that he’s ecstatic. "I'm absolutely ecstatic, I'm still a young player and I believe I'm good enough to beat anyone in the world," said Robinson. "I had a couple of years not playing as much as I should've been but this year I've practiced more than I ever have done and I fancied myself to do well here. "I got to the semi-finals of a Challenge Tour event last year which made me think 'come on Reece, you're as good as anybody else here' so I just went at it after that." for more information on the PDC UK Q-School. - It happens. Remember, anyone who has watched German and Dutch players in matches - their respective countries will have seen/heard just as bad jeering (if not worse). - Was watching an old World Masters final the other day between Eric Bristow and John Lowe, the crowd respect for both players on throw was first class, not a sound. You can imagine now the idiots who were whistling on De Deckers throw proudly boasting about it on social media. I blame the PDC to a certain extent though doubt they really care as they win regardless of which player wins or loses.Mysstree16-11-2024

I even turned to my husband and said "Could you imagine this happening if Russ Bray was the referee tonight? At least there would have been a crowd admonishment- Ladies and Gentleman please."
