Scotland survive late comeback to reach final of World Cup of Darts

The first finalists are confirmed at the World Cup of Darts, they are Scotland who came through against Australia in the pairs decider with Peter Wright & Gary Anderson reaching this point as a pair for the first time.

Wright started off by claiming first blood against the Australian team by defeating Simon Whitlock 4-3 with a 103 average. This made it 1-0 to Scotland in the early going of the World Cup of Darts semi-final.
Kyle Anderson defeated Gary Anderson in the battle of the Anderson's with a 4-3 victory. He smashed in a 130 checkout to force the pairs decider in the end.
In the pairs decider, Scotland were 3-1 up but when Wright missed match darts, Australia came back. They made it 3-3 but Scotland just about edged them out winning 4-3 to reach the final.
