Netherlands win emphatically to reach final of World Cup of Darts

Netherlands are into the final of the World Cup of Darts where they will face Scotland later this evening. Michael van Gerwen and Raymond van Barneveld got there in style with two averages over the 105 mark in their singles matches to get through.

Van Gerwen started proceedings off as they looked for yet another World Cup of Darts title. He defeated Kim Huybrechts 4-2 with a 105.78 average to put the first point on the board.
Netherlands in both games were pushed for the first time really this tournament by two of the standout performers in Frankfurt. Van Barneveld was next to take to the stage and he saw off Dimitri van den Bergh 4-2.
This in itself was with a 113.38 average showing that 'Barney' is in some brilliant form. This was compared to Dimitri's 107.54 which he posted in losing.
