Updated PDC Challenge Tour Order of Merit: Barnard guarantees tour card after 16/20 events

The Challenge Tour is coming towards its conclusion with four events still left to be contested. Michael Barnard and Cameron Menzies in particular are ones left to watch.

Barnard is massively ahead of every other player in the Order of Merit and can only now be passed by one player. That means that he has essentially secured his tour card and also being the winner of the Challenge Tour with only four events to go.
Unlike Menzies, he will likely secure his World Championship spot through the Pro Tour meaning that the Scot has virtually secured his spot at Ally Pally.
Cody Harris and Dennis Nilsson are the only other players who are without Pro Tour spots themselves who trouble him for that spot. ‘Cammy’ brought himself up the rankings and into this position with an event win at the weekend so it’s up to the other players now to try and challenge him for it.
