Andy Baetens continues to do extremely well at the Belgian Darts Open. 'The Beast' defeated Andrew Gilding 6-2 in the second round.
Baetens achieved almost 100 average. "It was very good today. Andrew was maybe a little less, but I played at the top of my game and deservedly won. Only in the second and third leg it was slightly less, for the rest it was consistently good," Baetens told Het Nieuwsblad.
Good flow
"That I keep winning (Baetens last lost at the end of February)? I won two tournaments in Croatia and then one in Denmark. So I'm in the good flow and just happy. Sunday? I'm just going to enjoy it, against whoever it is. That crowd here is not normal," concluded the 34-year-old Belgian.
