It is the third time a Euro Tour tournament will be played in Belgium. In 2020, the Belgian Darts Championship took place, which was won by Gerwyn Price at the time. In 2022, the tournament continued as the Belgian Darts Open. Last year, the event was won by Dave Chisnall.
