Brilliant Beaton dumps out Aspinall as Clayton eases past Evetts at Baltic Sea Darts Open

Steve Beaton and Jonny Clayton joined the last sixteen on Saturday night at the Baltic Sea Darts Open in Kiel. Beaton recorded another sterling result.

After his victory over Adrian Lewis in the first round, he also beat Nathan Aspinall. The 1996 world champion was too strong for Nathan Aspinall, who missed two matchdarts in the last leg in a 6-5 win for 'The Bronzed Adonis'.

Clayton had little trouble with Ted Evetts in his second-round match. With an average of 97 and a finishing percentage of 67 percent, it was 6-1 for the Welshman.
