Cullen fumes after Premier League Darts snub: "Don’t feel it's justified at all, in fact it's a kick in the balls"

Joe Cullen had hoped he would get a second chance at the Premier League Darts this year. However, 'The Rockstar' was not selected by the PDC.

Cullen was left bemused by the snub and took to Twitter to share his disappointment.

"Gutted with my omission from the Premier League," he said. "Don’t feel its justified at all if I’m honest…. In fact its a kick in the balls! But I’m certainly not the only player who rightly feels hard done by!"

Last year Cullen made his debut in the Premier League Darts and then he almost won the event. Cullen made it to the final and got one match dart against Michael van Gerwen, but missed his match dart on the wire. Then Van Gerwen won the Premier League Darts.

"Felt I deserved another chance after been 1mm from winning - been a tough day."
