Jose de Sousa will remain as part of the Mac Elkin ran Sportsman Management Company for another five years after signing a long-term contract extension.
De Sousa discussed the emotions of winning his first PDC title after signing with the stable and he will hope for further success as his darting rise continues.

Jose de Sousa said: "It was an easy decision to extend my contract, Mac Elkin is the best and since I signed for him 18 months ago my steel dart career has taken off, I have great people around me and I am very happy”
Mac Elkin, his manager said on the agreement: "We didn’t even negotiate, Jose came to me and said I want to sign a new long term contract, It really was as simple as that.
"Obviously I’m over the moon, I pride myself on a happy and settled team and that’s every player tied in for at least 2 years or longer now so we can just concentrate on winning a lot more trophies."
