Jones out of PDC Super Series due to illness

Wayne Jones was one late withdrawal from the PDC Super Series alongside Florian Hempel who were revealed earlier today.

Now it has been confirmed by his management that he has had to withdraw due to illness.

Jones isn't the only Tour Card holder absent from the Super Series.

Jamie Hughes, Cristo Reyes, Darren Penhall, Wesley Harms, Florian Hempel and Robert Marijanovic are also not present.
