Mardle discusses Van Gerwen's return to form: "You can see that the confidence is building"

Wayne Mardle can see signs that Michael van Gerwen is 'back' based off his recent form which has seen him dominate the Premier League again.
As well as claim multiple ProTours and a European Tour which didn't happen prior in 2021. For Mardle, he can see the confidence returning which is always ominous.
"He's getting it [that winning habit] again and you can see that the confidence is building," said Mardle to Sky Sports.
"He doesn't have to be at his best to win. He's getting away with these little things he wasn't getting away with (before).
"I'm not going to say 'MVG is BACK', but he's 'back'."
