Ireland came runners up in the latest World Cup of Darts with William O’Connor and Steve Lennon shining in Hamburg.
O’Connor though during the tournament hit the fourth highest average in the history of the event. It was 115.10 and was during their
tie against England where he smashed Rob Cross.
He is just behind Ronny Huybrechts, the pairing of Michael van Gerwen and Raymond van Barneveld; as well as Kim Huybrechts. It shows the brilliant form that The Magpie is currently in and he showed just how good he is in Hamburg.
