PDC secures broadcast agreement to show events in Nordic & Baltic, Iceland and Poland

The PDC have announced a broadcast agreement with the Nordic Entertainment Group (NENT Group) to widen their global broadcast portfolio.

This will see tournaments broadcast in the growing Nordic & Baltic region as well as Iceland and Poland including the World Championship and Premier League.

All of this will be done on the NENT Group's Viaplay streaming service with potential for similar success as Belgium and Germany in terms of viewing figures.

This agreement as a whole is part of a wider deal with Matchroom which includes snooker, pool and ten-pin bowling.

Now former PDC chairman and Matchroom president, Barry Hearn said: "We're delighted to expand our existing partnership with NENT Group over the next few years offering sports fans fantastic access to some of the biggest moments in sport.

"NENT Group have been huge supporters of our sports over the years and we hope this continues to grow."
