Fallon Sherrock was denied only just two nights ago in her previous group before her day off by David Evans but tonight 'The Queen of the Palace' is the A Night At The Darts Group Five winner.
Sherrock's 100+ finishing in particular tonight has been nothing short of sublime which has been the key to her claiming proceedings.
She claimed victory in three out of her four games seeing off Michael Warburton (5-3), Wessel Nijman (5-2) and Martin Adams (5-1). Only losing to forerunner David Evans 5-1 in the second game of the night but when she found her range, she proved to be the player to beat.
The Milton Keynes ace took out finishes of 104, 122, 160, 140 and 152 throughout the evening and was only just edged past in her challenge match by Phil Taylor.
Michael Warburton who truth betold hasn't had the best time of it in his debut week also built up a head of steam finishing second level on points and leg difference but losing out on head to head record in an impressive series.
He saw off Martin Adams (5-3), David Evans (5-2) and Wessel Nijman (5-3) as he proved his quality that he possesses. David Evans finished third with two wins and two defeats while Wessel Nijman and Martin Adams brought up the rear with 1 win and three defeats each.
A Night At The Darts is a competition that runs in conjunction with the Icons of Darts League. Each playing week consists of six players. There are five players on each matchday with one player taking a rest.
Each evening like the day consists of four matches for each player with the player with the most wins claiming the group win.
