Van Barneveld has grandson with keen interest in darts: 'But I don't push anything'

Raymond van Barneveld was recently the guest of Dutch youtuber Milan Knol for the podcast Knolcast. There, the 55-year-old Dutchman talked about his grandchildren.

Van Barneveld now has five grandchildren. "Mason is now seven and really loves darts. Although of course that is also because the sport is on television so much. A few years ago, I was at Euro Disney with him and back then he still didn't understand why I was regularly accosted for a picture."

"It would be nice if he followed in my footsteps," continued 'Barney'. "But I'm not pushing anything, he has to figure out for himself if he wants to continue in this sport."
