They will donate £50 for every 180 scored during the World Matchplay, taking place behind closed doors at the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes giving players that added incentive.
Should last year's total of 330 180's be matched or beaten, an additional £10,000 will be given to the Stroke Association.
There will also be a Nine-Dart Charity Challenge and they will donate £1 per point for a players' total across nine darts.
The charity has been chosen after Rod Studd, Sky Sports commentator suffered a stroke recently and after last year which saw £32,000 raised for Parkinson's UK, the hope will be for a lot of money to be raised.
"This is a great initiative from Betfred," said PDC Chairman Barry Hearn.
"We're all hoping that they can raise as much money as possible for a wonderful cause with the help of our players - and it will give fans watching at home even more reason to cheer every 180!"
