Xiaochen Zong once again won the PDC China Premier League last Sunday. He was already the best in this Chinese darts competition last year too.
Zong had already easily qualified for the playoffs by winning five of the seven weeks of play during the league phase. With an eighteen-point lead, he qualified as number one for the final night. Moreover, Zong also managed to throw a nine-darter during the league phase.

In the semi-finals of the playoffs, Zong won 10-3 over Bin Zheng. Lihao Wen became the second finalist after a 10-4 win over Chengan Liu. Zong was then too strong for Wen in the final 11-6. The latter does get to compete alongside Zong for China at the World Cup of Darts as a consolation prize.
