The sixth night of action in the Remote Darts League is set to take place later with James Richardson hoping to continue his run at the top of the table with a tie against Wes Newton.
Richardson saw off
Dean Winstanley 7-2 on Night Five to continue his great run - while Newton will aim to bounce back after being edged out by
Alan Norris 7-5.
Norris starts off proceedings against
Paul Hogan who edged past initial league leader at the start of the week,
Jim Williams. Then it is the turn of
Tony O'Shea and
Gary Robson; who in claiming a victory could strengthen their playoff ambitions.
Then it is
Darryl Fitton who similarly will aim to bounce back; after losing to Gary Robson when he takes on Dean Winstanley who is currently at the foot of the table.
Then in between Richardson v Newton and the final match of the night sees Jim Williams aim to bounce back himself; after losing out to Hogan with a tie against
John Walton who himself hasn't been in great form so far.
From Saturday, April 18, nine nights will be played to complete the league with the playoffs set to be played on Monday April 27.
