Lee Budgen hits 170 checkout to win maiden PDC Challenge Tour title

Lee Budgen has won the fourth PDC Challenge Tour event of the weekend. The 23-year-old hit a brilliant 170 finish in the last leg of the final against Michael Barnard (5-3).

Budgen defeated the likes of Cody Harris and Andy Boulton en route to the final. Barnard reached his sixth PDC Challenge Tour final of the season, while he won three of them.
The PDC Challenge Tour is available for players who were not able to win a Tour Card at the Q-School. The likes of Ted Evetts, David Pallett, Berry van Peer, Cameron Menzies, Cody Harris, Jamie Hughes and Krzysztof Ratajski are eligable to play at these events.
