Rydz just claimed his
first Development Tour title and has been unlucky not to claim more with Q-School underlining that with him missing out only just two years in a row.
He has also played well on the Challenge Tour as of late losing out to Darren Beveridge in the
final of Event Five in Wigan and he believes he can achieve great things under Unicorn.
“It has been like a whirlwind for me” he said. “To sign with the biggest name in darts is incredible and with their support, I really think I can achieve great things.”
Unicorn's Player Liason Manager, Matt Rankin also gave his thoughts on the 20-year old signing and he sees him as a player who is destined for the top after a promising start to his career.
“Callan has had a great start to 2019 showcasing his talent on the Development and Challenge Tours. He is destined for bigger and better things and we will be with him every step of the way.”
