Chris Dobey is known as one of the rising stars of Darts. The man from Bedlington is signed to the same stable and mentored by Gary Anderson with him also having Michael Smith previously under his wing and Adam Hunt as well as he tries to help mold the next generation.
Dobey has had some good wins but has had a rocky 12 months or so with some success only coming towards the end of the year. In an interview with Unicorn Darts, 'Hollywood' speaks about targeting a place in the World's Top 32 and his aspirations to win his first title this year.
'You've got to take the positive out and learn from it' said Dobey about his match with Phil Taylor at the World Championships. He was then asked about the amount of ranking money he has to defend 'I've got a lot of money to defend but I can't think of that, I just have to play my own game and do what you do best'
'Obviously I want to be in the top 32, that's the first step for myself' said Dobey finally about his ambitions for the year to come.
