Wright defeats Ratajski and will face Beaton

Peter Wright went 4-0 up and looked like he was cruising, in the end Wright only just got past a tough test in Ratajski defeating him 6-3 in the end to set up a tie with either Steve Beaton or John Henderson in the Semi-Final. For Ratajski the turning point was a busted D8 which he put into the D11 and from there despite rallying back it was too much of a mountain to climb.
Wright will face Steve Beaton after the in-form former Lakeside champion defeated another man returning to form in John Henderson 6-2. The Bronzed Adonis averaged 102 to Hendo's 94 and continues his streak over the Highlander.
