Clayton wins Group Seven on PDC Home Tour II

Jonny Clayton won the seventh group of the PDC Home Tour II on Monday. The Ferret topped the group as he beat three Dutch players on leg difference.

Clayton, Jermaine Wattimena, Jeffrey de Zwaan and Ron Meulenkamp all finished with eight points, after winning four of their six games. The Welshman had the best leg difference with +10. Wattimena (+9) and De Zwaan (+8) finished second and third and also progressed to the second phase of the PDC Home Tour II.

Meulenkamp became fourth again and has to hope he will finish among the best numbers four. However, that chance seems high, so the Dutchman will likely make another appearance during the PDC's digital event.

The broadcast starts daily at 09:30 am. All matches can be viewed via the streaming service PDC TV. The top three players in each group, along with the five best fourth-placed players, will qualify for the 35-player second phase. The first phase will be played from August 31 till September 28 across then match days.
