Aspinall, Lewis and Hempel all withdraw prior to Players Championship 9

Three more players have decided not to make the trip to Players Championship 9 with Nathan Aspinall, Adrian Lewis and Florian Hempel all withdrawing late from the latest ProTour.
The likelihood is they will not play all weekend meaning that Owen Bates, Darryl Pilgrim and Dom Taylor have stepped in off the Challenge Tour.
They join a slew of withdrawals including Michael van Gerwen, Michael Smith, Peter Wright and Gerwyn Price.

- Am probably going to be in a small minority, i would not miss the walk ons, best part used to be the lovely ladies which obviously now makes me a misogynist. Its all part of the razzamatazz show business side and its not that long so not something that winds me up however some of the walk on choices are abysmal while some work, MVG and Seven Nation Army being an example.
