Aspinall on course for back-to-back ProTour titles after unlikely Evetts comeback win, set to face Brown at Players Championship 23

Nathan Aspinall will face Keegan Brown in the final of Players Championship 23 with 'The Asp' pouncing after looking on course to be dumped out.

An unlikely final of Ted Evetts and Brown was a potential with the former going 5-1 up on Aspinall but match darts came and went when he finally got to six legs and it allowed the former UK Open champion to get over the line in a 7-6 win.

While Brown had been into the final for a while after a 101 average in a superb display to down Peter Wright and will now look for his first title since 2015 against the latest ProTour winner who will look for his third of the season.
