Steve Beaton has played in an astonishing 236 Players Championship events in a row, it has revealed in statistics compiled by PremiumDartData.
Beaton as a result has played in 118 weekends of ProTour action in a row since Players Championship 22 in 2009. Ian White is just behind by around a year with 202 consecutive events since Players Championship 25 in 2010.
Mark Webster is next with 173 since Players Championship 17 in 2011; this could change though with 'Spider' potentially set to lose his Tour Card at the end of this season.
Brendan Dolan, John Henderson, Jamie Lewis and Joe Murnan are the players who finalise the top seven with participations since 2011 and 2012 for most players.
It is an astonishing statistic and shows once again especially in the case of Beaton, the form he has shown over time that he has been able to play as much as he has over the years.
