Clayton, Cross, Smith and Humphries through opening ties at Players Championship `11

The opening ties of Players Championship 11 are complete with Jonny Clayton, Rob Cross, Michael Smith and Luke Humphries among those through to the Last 64.
Clayton averaged 103 in seeing off Keane Barry in a 6-2 win, while Jules van Dongen will now head to Lakeside after Rob Cross saw off the Dutch American 6-2 with a 92 average.
While Smith averaged 78 but still got through in a 6-2 win over Shaun Wilkinson. Humphries averaged 101 also in seeing off William Borland 6-0.
Other players through include Brendan Dolan, Dimitri van den Bergh, Dirk van Duijvenbode, Ryan Searle and Jim Williams.
