Cross and Ratajski first through to Last 16 at German Darts Championship

Rob Cross and Krzysztof Ratajski are first through to the Last 16 at the German Darts Championship in Hildesheim as the seeded players come into action.

Cross charged past Martijn Kleermaker in a 6-2 victory which saw a 99.6 average and 60% on the doubles from 'Voltage' in an impressive start from the European Champion.

While Ratajski who hasn't been in the best form as of late showed signs of improvement as he defeated Jamie Hughes 6-3.

This included a 128 checkout along the way together with 46.2% on the doubles in a quality display from 'The Polish Eagle' who soars into the next round.
