Ashton, Sherrock, De Graaf and Winstanley into Last 16 in PDC Women's Series Event One

The first event of the 2022 PDC Women's Series is into the Last 16 in Barnsley with most of the big names involved in this weekend's action moving through.

Among them is Fallon Sherrock who alongside Lisa Ashton dominated proceedings last year. Both are into the latter stages with 'The Lancashire Rose' one of the standouts average wise so far with a high of 87 in her Last 64 tie.

Lorraine Winstanley will face her daughter, Josie Paterson in the Last 16. While also through includes Aileen de Graaf who couldn't play last year due to travel issues.

The top eight players after twelve of the twenty tournaments are qualified for the Women's World Matchplay in July. In addition, at the end of the season two more spots can be earned for the Grand Slam of Darts and the PDC World Darts Championship.
