De Sousa disappointed with draw against Aspinall after nine-dart heroics: "I still miss my doubles, it's something I have to work on"

Jose de Sousa produced the second nine-dart finish in as many nights against Nathan Aspinall after having Jonny Clayton hit one against him.

But despite that, De Sousa still couldn't claim the win and was once again super unlucky so it was mixed emotions for 'The Special One' after the match.

"I feel happy for my game, I'm disappointed because I still miss my doubles. It's something I have to work on," said De Sousa post match.

"I'm happy to hit the nine-dart finish, record for 180's. For me it's something positive. Yesterday I feel a little pain in my shoulder, today I work a lot with my shoulder. I feel great."

"It's a new experience. It's the second tournament after the World Championship. I feel so great to play here, it's so difficult to win but I will try. I enjoy my darts now, it's good to be here."
