Gian van Veen has had two particularly busy days in Hildesheim. Statistics platform TheRedBit180 calculated that 'GVV The Giant' had to complete no less than 26 matches in just 33 hours.
In the first Development Tour tournament of the weekend on Friday, Van Veen lost in the semifinals, while he managed to win the second tournament of the day. That day, Dutchman already played fifteen matches.
Six more matches were added on Saturday. Van Veen reached the quarterfinals of Development Tour 8 and stranded in the last sixteen at the ninth tournament.
Incidentally, Van Veen will play another Development Tour tournament on Sunday, while Players Championship tournaments are scheduled for Monday and Tuesday.
