Gawlas sets remarkable record at UK Open

Adam Gawlas was one of the revelations at the UK Open last weekend. The 21-year-old Czech reached the semi-finals there.

Gawlas beat Rob Cross 10-8 in the quarter-finals. In doing so, he set a record by throwing a 180 no less than twelve times.

In the past, no player at the UK Open had ever managed to throw more than 10 180s in a single match.
