The third round is coming towards its close and the final matches are taking place ahead of tonight's draw for the fourth round at the 2024 UK Open. John Henderson though won't be part of that draw after getting dumped out by Gian van Veen.
Henderson who was announced onto Stage Two as the World Seniors World Champion which he won two weeks ago at the Circus Tavern has stated his desire not to return to the tournament and instead make a PDC return. He got a taste of that today after narrowly missing out on the Challenge Tour, but youth got the better of experience with a 6-3 win for Van Veen against 'Highlander'.
