So far, the SDC tournaments have only been held in Switzerland. Now the organizers of this organization, Marc Inhelden and Egzon Olluri, dare to step across the border. From January 2024, tournaments will also be held in Germany, in Mönchengladbach.
These tournaments, like those held in Switzerland, can also be followed via live stream on youtube. The registration phase for participation is already underway.
Jochen Graudenz is one of the players who regularly appears at SDC tournaments alongside Marcel Walpen and Stefan Bellmont. Although he lives in Germany, he chose Switzerland for family reasons.
Graudenz, who has been playing darts for a good thirty years, actually wanted to retire from darts. "It's always difficult to reconcile everything with a wife and two small children at home," he explained in an interview with dartsnews.de. "You don't want to leave them at home alone."

The best solution for him was the game in Switzerland. “The whole thing is a bit more human. It used to be like that, you weren't allowed to bring children to the PDC. That pulled the plug on me a bit. That's why I said that in Switzerland everything is a bit more human, more familiar. That's why I mainly played in Switzerland."

Initially, Graudenz played with the Swiss Darts Association (SDA), the only darts association in Switzerland until then. "And now the young Marc (Inhelden, dd editor's note) came along and created something. Now the associations are arguing a bit," the German continued.
"The SDA is a bit to blame because they just don't do anything anymore." In contrast to the SDC, which regularly organizes tournaments with four-digit prize money and the chance to participate in the PDC Q-School free of charge.

"They just do it really professionally," Graudenz is certain. “It's like a copy of the PDC. So it's great what the guys are doing there," he concluded.
