Daryl Gurney spoke this past weekend before the Champions League of Darts beginning and gave his thoughts on the 2020 PDC Calendar including his honest thoughts on his Premier League inclusion.

Gurney believes he still has some work to do to be involved in the line-up and that the likes of Dave Chisnall, Glen Durrant and Nathan Aspinall are all in the running. As well that it wouldn't surprise him if somebody threw themselves into the reckoning before the end of the year.
He added that he'll probably pick and choose events like he did this year and take a few weeks off when necessary.
'I'll just have to wait and see if the Premier League happens to be honest. I think there are so many people right now in the running and I honestly think I'm out of the running," said Gurney to DartsNews.com.
'I think the likes of Chisnall, Durrant, Aspinall, people like that are because there is so much televised coming up now, it wouldn't surprise me if someone puts themselves in the reckoning.
'Like I say it depends on the Premier League pans out but no I will do what I done this year. I think I missed three ProTours and took a few weeks off so I'll probably do the same.'
