Luke Humphries threw a nine-dart finish at Players Championship 15 in Leicester on Monday. It is his first official nine-dart finish in the PDC.
Humphries pitched the perfect leg in the fourth leg of his third-round match against Matt Campbell. He started the leg with two 180 scores and then completed with a 141 finish.
After the nine darter, Campbell briefly took over the momentum by taking three legs in a row to lead 4-3. Humphries then went on to win the match 6-4.

- It seems odd that at the World Championship they have dancing ladies in hot pants and pom poms and yet the walk on ladies who were much more elegantly attired get removed from the scene. I met Daniella at Silverstone when she was a grid girl in the F1 race and was very pleasant indeed.
