Gary Anderson recently won an exhibition hosted by ZH Live when he defeated Gerwyn Price in the final and he spoke post final to Polly James about enjoying going back to how exhibitions were played before.
"It's been a long time, I do enjoy these nights. Crowds are always good, bunch of drunks over there," joked Anderson. "This is how we started off years ago doing it in clubs and pubs and play the boys from the crowd, that's what we used to do so it's good to do it again."
After a difficult period, Anderson has dropped to eleventh place in the world ranking. But the two-time world champion (2015 and 2016) has a good reason for that. "I just hope the bookies have me at 500/1 so I can shove it right up them."
