Josh Rock looks back with delight on Budapest run: "Will be a life long memory for sure"

The Northern Irish youngster had a very successful tournament at the Hungarian Darts trophy this weekend. Over the course of the tournament, Josh Rock beat some huge household names in the darting world.

In the first round he beat former WDF world No.1 Darius Labanauskas 4-6 whilst averaging a solid (93.68).

However it didn't stop there for the 21 year old, in the second round he went on to beat one of the current Cazoo World Cup of Darts champions Damon Heta 4-6. Improving his average yet again to (103.56).

In round 3 Josh Rock's average did drop but to a still respectable (99.89). However he did what he needed to do by beating 13th in the World Dirk Van Duijvenbode in the third round in a nail-biting 6-4 win over the Dutchman.

However Josh Rock's inexperience showed when he faced Dave Chisnall in the quarter final. The 41 year old won 6-0 against Rock which brought an end to the youngster's journey in Hungary.
