Boris Koltsov was among the winners as the EADC ProTour returned this past weekend for three opening events.
Koltsov claimed both the first and the third title of the season on the
EADC ProTour. 'The Viking' who is once again plying his trade on the Challenge Tour after not getting through Q-School defeated World Cup of Darts partner Aleksei Kadochnikov in the final of the first event.
He also defeated Andrey Pontus in the semi-finals in all three events over the course of the weekend with varied results form 6-1 to 6-5.
It was Kadochnikov's turn to claim a title in the second event defeating his compatriot 6-2 in the final after previously defeating Roman Obukhov.
Then in the final event, Koltsov accounted for Evgenii Izotov in a 6-2 win in what was a successful start to the year for him.
