Luke Littler has struck again on the PDC Development Tour. 'The Nuke' won the 20th event of the season, striking for the fourth time this year.

On his way to the final he already showed his super form, with an average of 115 in his match against Lewis Williams (4-1) and a nine-darter in his duel against Rune van Damme (4-1). He also defeated Adam Gawlas (4-2), Owen Bates (5-2) and Jamai van den Herik (5-2), among others.
In the final he faced Gian van Veen, with whom the 16-year-old Englishman is battling for first place on the Development Tour Order of Merit. Van Veen seemed to take a shot at the overall win but lost a 4-1 lead. Littler won 5-4 to narrow his gap to Van Veen to 1525 pounds.
The PDC Development Tour is considered the training institute of the PDC. Talented players have the opportunity on this circuit to further develop their gift. Players may enter as soon as they reach the age of sixteen. They may then compete up to and including the season in which they turn 24.
Distribution of prize money during PDC Development Tour
15,000 pounds of prize money is paid out per tournament, so the prize pool for the entire circuit of a total of 24 tournaments consists of 360,000 pounds.
From reaching the last 64, players can earn prize money, starting with 75 pounds. That amount then increases each round. The winner collects a handsome £2,500.

- I loved Jan and loved his walk on music "Explode" by Jordan & Baker. I think if he stuck around the BDO he definitely would have been World Champion, should have won in 2014, he never really showed any of his talent in the PDC. I remembered he worked in a bank or in finance and maybe that was his priority, he was also a fan and interested in magic. Definitely should have achieved much more in darts than he did.
