Lowe admits pressure is off in darting career due to full-time job: "I think that works as well"

Jason Lowe stunned Michael Smith in the final match before the Christmas break at the 2020/21 PDC World Darts Championship.

Lowe spoke afterwards to RTL7 and admitted that the pressure is firmly off on the monetary side due to his full-time job and he believes it works.

"I work full time. I'm a builder and again there's no pressure on me to earn any money at darts because obviously I'm full time work so I think that works as well," said Lowe to RTL7 darts.

He previously revealed that he flipped a coin before entering Q-School and it was a decision he was pleased he made.

"I always find excuses, I've got too much on at work and this that and the other. When I did go to Q-School, I actually flipped a coin. Heads I go in, tails I don't and I flipped and it landed on heads. I'm glad I've gone in and I'm really enjoying it."
