An additional 400 tickets per session will be available for the World Cup of Darts which is set to take place in Jena, Germany between September 9-12.
Tickets had initially been limited to only 500 per session, however PDC Europe have been able to increase this to allow more fans to attend the pairs tournament.
"We know exactly how popular the World Cup of Darts is with fans and have done everything we can to give as many people as possible the chance to celebrate a great darts event with us," said PDC Europe Director Werner von Moltke.
"With last year's events we have shown that we can hold safe events in a great atmosphere even under difficult conditions. Hopefully, the increase in capacity at the World Cup is another step towards normality."
