The Premier League Darts will resume at the end of August with the weekly roadshow edging towards its conclusion, but further details on the PDC calendar remain unclear.
The PDC circuit was shut down in mid-March due to the outbreak of Coronavirus. It was not until July that this resumed with the PDC Summer Series and the World Matchplay .
Ranking tournaments potentially may not be played until September. PDC Chief Executive Matt Porter says he will provide more clarity on Twitter next week.
“Been a challenging week on many levels and we'd hoped to make announcements today but please bear with us for a bit longer as we continue to deal with varying rules and restrictions in different territories,” said Porter.
“We'll have details next week for fans and ALL players within our system.”
The latter referencing potentially to the Challenge and Development Tour who as of yet don’t have a restart date.
