The 29th edition of the PDC World Darts Championship begins on 15 December. In the run-up to the start of the showpiece event, DartsNews continues to take a look back at some of the best moments from years gone by.
The then 23-year-old Michael Smith caused a huge shock at the 2014 World Darts Championship by beating defending champion Phil Taylor in the second round.
Bullyboy' did this in magnificent fashion with a 128 finish, hitting the bullseye with his third dart, leaving 'The Power' empty-handed.
