The first groups of action are complete at 2021 Q-School with Raymond Van Barneveld dominating the averages over both Milton Keynes and Niedernhausen.
Van Barneveld despite the low standard as a whole in both Q-Schools showed that he hasn’t lost it despite a year away. His highest average was 102.12 on Day Three with further marks of 101.21, 100:20 and 100.01.
It was John Imrie though that topped the standings with his stunning 103.36 average in what was a whitewash win over Fallon Sherrock to qualify outright for the final stage.
Interesting enough there were only seven ton plus averages showing the potential disparity between players and like alluded to, the standard not being great.
