Raymond van Barneveld has extended his contract with Target Darts as he continues his association with the manufacturer during his first year back on the PDC Tour and beyond.

Van Barneveld won his first title back only three days into competitive action after winning back his Tour Card at Q-School.
Since then, he has had to withdraw from multiple days of the Super Series due to health issues but is looking ahead to potentially a World Matchplay return with a new dart on the way.
"There's a new dart coming up in September. I'm going to practice with it today for the first time and I'm over the moon with the drawings of it. It looks absolutely fantastic. Garry (Plummer, MD of Target) said we want to go further with you for four, five years. He said I'm seeing a positive guy now who's positive with the press and we'd like to work with a guy like that," said Van Barneveld to Dan Dawson on the Target Darts podcast.
